4th of July

Description of Event

Spectacular 30 minute fireworks display over the waters of Don Pedro Lake. Fireworks are launched from a platform on the water near Don Pedro Dam, and can be viewed from a boat near the launch site, or from land at Blue Oaks Recreation Area, various parking areas near the Don Pedro Recreation Agency Visitor Center, and Fleming Meadows Recreation Area. Local area Gold Chain Lions Club assists with parking, selling food, beverages and patriotic novelties. Patriotic decorations on private vessels add to the celebration.

Admission Fee (if any): $7.00 per vehicle (plus $7.00 per boat if launching a boat).

Ages Festival is Appropriate For: All ages.
