This elegant inn has Jacuzzi tubs, fireplaces, modern air conditioning, and hand-painted murals depicting scenes of Yosemite National Park created by a local artist. Each room is a feast for the eyes with queen or king beds and a guest reading parlor.

All Seasons Groveland Inn is located on Main Street in Groveland, California, only 23 miles from the entrance to Yosemite National Park. A seasonal creek runs through the property adding to the natural beauty of the small town setting.

The original Simmons home is a heritage Groveland property built in the gold rush days. Its Victorian construction is typical of the turn-of-the-century "painted ladies" seen in many gold country towns. It is one of only a few two-story homes built in Groveland during the late 1800's and the exterior is preserved much as it was when it was built, but with modern amenities for the guests inside, such as private baths.

The guest parlor serves as a reading room and conversation place. Tours are conducted upon request by our friendly staff.

This 1899 structure has been renovated and upgraded, especially in the interior spaces, while retaining the charm and elegance of a bygone era. The original "gingerbread" and covered porches are evident on this Victorian inn, and old beams from a courthouse were used in the parlor to preserve the authenticity of the structure.
