Event Dates: November 02, 2013 - November 03, 2013

Description of Event

Banner Mountain Artisans Annual Holiday Sale will be held in early November at the Nevada City Elks Lodge #518, Hwy 49, Nevada City with more than 30 local and juried artisans featured.  This is a terrific way to kick off the holiday season and a perfect place to find that one of a kind gift for the special people in your life. Coffee and desserts will be offered by Sierra Mountain Coffee Roasters and lunch will be offered by the Nevada City Elks lodge.

Banner Mountain Artisans brings together talented artists residing in Nevada County in a co-operative atmosphere to offer quality hand-created products at reasonable prices to an appreciative market.

Banner Mountain Artisans was started by a handful of creative artisans in 2004 who offered their wares at a holiday show held at 4 houses on Banner Mountain in Nevada City, California. As our reputation grew, more quality artisans were added and the show, always held early in November, moved to 5 beautiful homes in the Woodlands on Banner Mountain. In 2007 the attendance exceeded all expectations and outgrew the neighborhood.

In 2008 the Banner Mountain Artisans Sale moved to the Elks Lodge on Hwy 49 in Nevada City where more Artisans, as well as a gourmet coffee and dessert café, could be accommodated. The new venue proved to be very popular with over 1600 people who attended this free event over the weekend.
