This center was established in 2006 by Mary and Tai Devore. We offer a large number of classes in Iyengar yoga, chair and mat Pilates, and Vinyasa yoga. We are proud to host Senior Iyengar teachers in our studio, including Kofi Busia and HS Arun. Many other workshops are offered throughout the year. This studio has been fully renovated: props galore, bamboo and cork flooring, and a new state of the art "Yoga Wall". Our mission is to to offer a client centered approach with quality services to the surrounding community.
