Our tour takes people to the highlights of Yosemite National Park.

The highlights or our tour are: Half Dome, El Capitan, Yosemite Falls, Bridalveil Fall, Mariposa Grove, Three Brothers, Leaning Tower, Glacier Point, Ribbon Fall, Wawona, Cathedral Spires, Royal Arches, Yosemite Chapel, Turtleback Dome, Vernal and Nevada Falls.

You will tour Yosemite National Park in state-of-the-art touring buses with very knowledgeable guides that love the area and love sharing it with others. Our 28-passenger vehicles allow you to enjoy Yosemite in style. The “Egress” windows provide maximum views of the spectacular scenery. Seat belts and reclining chairs with arm rests assure optimal comfort and safety, while the “Mor-ryde" suspension system guarantees a smooth ride. The six speaker sound system means that no one should have to struggle to hear the guide.

Automatic tire chains mean added safety for our winter tours; and our guests won’t be inconvenienced as the driver installs or removes chains. Convertible luggage compartments provide ample space for transporting corporate groups and their luggage from airport to hotel.

TOURS All of our naturalist/guides are very knowledgeable about the Yosemite area and have a love of Yosemite that they share with all of our guests.

GROUPS We specialize in coordinating activities for any size group. Discover Yosemite can handle your transportation needs from arrival to departure and everything in between.

We can provide shuttle service not only between the Fresno Airport or Amtrak station and your hotel, but from as far away as the Bay area, Long Beach Harbor or any location in the state. With our optional meet and greet services, members of our staff will be at the airport to greet each arrival and escort them to their shuttle, making adjustments as flight arrivals change and ensuring that this process is as stress free as possible for you and your participants.

TOURS We offer half day, full day, and private natural history and hiking tours, all of which are child friendly. During the summer months we also have Sunset and Full Moon tours at Sentinel Dome featuring an easy 3/4 of a mile hike with a short moderate section near the top of the dome. All full day tours include a picnic lunch and Sunset and Full Moon tours include a picnic dinner.

GROUPS There are challenges involved in gathering a group in a remote location and planning activities for them. How do you get participants from the airport to the hotel 40 miles away? How do you make sure they see Yosemite? How do you get them to that special dinner or the wedding? It’s difficult to make these arrangements without the help of a “local expert”, someone who not only knows the territory but can provide the services you need. Discover Yosemite has the local experts you can trust.

Our small, 14-passenger vehicle is equipped with comfortable seats and full-view windows. This vehicle is also equipped with a wheelchair lift and wheelchair station to accommodate our handicapped guests.

Our company has a pack it in, pack it out policy. We ask all of our guests to use our on board trash can to help eliminate some of the trash left in Yosemite and so that we can recycle bottles and cans.

Buses have been a contributing factor for pollution in Yosemite. We’re determined to do our part to change that. Our new 6.4 turbo Diesel engine buses meet all the new emission laws. Their “Regenerative Engine” technology captures the exhaust and re-burns it, making it one of the cleanest burning engines. (When we charter motor coaches to accommodate large groups, we do our best to find companies that share our environmental concerns.)
