Fall Fun at the Heart K Ranch

The 900-acre Heart K Ranch, conserved by the Feather River Land Trust, is a Sierra Nevada treasure, boasting scenic mountain beauty and a rich historical and cultural past.

The Fall Fun at the Ranch will provide the opportunity for you to get to know this lovely landscape and to meet like-minded people.  The event this year will focus on two activities: a plein air art workshop open to all types of artists and a Maidu cultural/natural walk lead by Trina Cunnigham.  The event is open to all people but registration is required. Lunch is provided to all participants.

The event starts at 10am and goes until 4pm.  This is a casual, mostly outdoor event so come prepared for the elements.  Call 530-283-5758 or visit www.frlt.org for directions to the Heart K Ranch.

Online registration here.

Fall is a beautiful time of year to visit this somewhat unexplored part of the Sierra Nevada in northeastern California. See you there.
