Offering a variety of live music events in the summer, Grey Pine Farm in Oak Run is a unique venue with a small town feel and community atmosphere in the foothills of the Southern Cascades. With a well-tended seating area for your lawn chairs, Grey Pine Farm boasts a professional stage with high quality sound and lighting.
The summer concert series at Grey Pine Farm changes each year, but is punctuated by the annual Luau Party each summer. The music at Grey Pine Farm is sponsored by the Oaksong Society for Way Cool Music, which also sponsors great music events in the city of Redding.
The rural setting of Grey Pine Farm includes a small stream running through the venue and a large dance floor. The sound is well-balanced and bounded by the towering pine trees and dense underbrush surrounding the venue. Picnic or bar-b-que dinners are often offered before concerts, for an additional charge.
Many years ago, Bruce and Linda Wendt hosted concerts on their front porch in Oak Run. Grey Pine farm is the only public music venue for many miles around, and offers an outdoor concert experience that is unique to the site.
