There’s a new wrinkle added to this celebration this year. SARSAS (Save Auburn Ravine Salmon and Steelhead) will be hosting a footrace (walkers welcome) from McBean Park and out from Lincoln on Virginiatown Road (which roughly parallels the Auburn Ravine Creek). Three out-and-back races will be run concurrently: 5K, 10K and half-marathon. Start at 8 AM just across Hwy 193 from McBean Park. Parking is in McBean Park. Sign up on Active.com
