Amenities include electricity, a fully equipped kitchen, running water, and a bathroom that features a flush toilet and a tub-shower. This cabin is located at the entrance of Quaking Aspen campground so family and friends can come along too.
Nearby points of interest include the Needles Fire Lookout, Dome Rock, the Trail of 100 Giants, the Freeman Creek Trail, and the Slate Mountain Botanical Area. Fishing is available in nearby Peppermint Creek. Other nearby activities include horseback riding, mountain biking, hiking and hunting.
